There are some homes that capture your heart the moment you step through the door and The Old Rectory in the charming village of Sedgeberrow was certainly one of them.

We were delighted to be approached by our lovely previous clients, Mr and Mrs S, to market their beautiful period home. This imposing property was brimming with original features, character, and timeless charm, all set within stunning mature grounds overlooking the church. From the very first viewing, it was clear this was a truly special family home.
Interest came flooding in immediately, as expected. Every viewing was a pleasure to conduct, with prospective buyers falling in love with the elegant proportions, beautiful windows, and picturesque garden views. It wasn’t long before we were approached by a local family searching for their forever home.
Mr and Mrs W were keen to upsize and saw enormous potential in The Old Rectory. During conversations with them, we were also asked to value their own characterful family home in the sought-after Greenhill area of Evesham.

Their property, Falcon House, had previously been marketed with several local agents over a prolonged period, leaving the family understandably frustrated at not securing a buyer. We knew the property deserved a fresh approach.
After carefully preparing a new marketing strategy, we relaunched Falcon House to the market with renewed energy and confidence.
The response was immediate.
Mr and Mrs A had just sold their coastal home and were looking to relocate closer to their children and grandchildren. Falcon House proved to be exactly what they had been searching for. Following just two viewings, a sale was agreed.
Remember Mr and Mrs S, selling the beautiful Old Rectory? Well, they were keen to downsize, but still wanted a home that offered the beautiful character features they had become so accustomed to over the years. Downsizing can often prove tricky, but they approached the search with open minds and flexibility, allowing us to explore a variety of options for the next stage of their lives.
Then came Queens Road.

Another stunning home, sharing many of the same qualities as The Old Rectory, albeit on a smaller, yet perfectly formed, scale. Warm and welcoming reception rooms, a beautiful kitchen, and the longed-for garage that Mr S was particularly keen to have, made this home instantly appealing.
We had several interested buyers hoping to purchase this beautiful property, but many were not in a position to proceed. Fortunately, timing aligned perfectly, and Mr and Mrs S fell in love with Queens Road from the moment they stepped into the original tiled hallway.
Successfully linking these homes together created a wonderful property chain, helping multiple families begin exciting new chapters, from finding a forever home in Sedgeberrow to downsizing without compromise in Evesham.
Stories like this are exactly why we love what we do.
