Professional Service with integrity and discretion

We genuinely pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction (please check out our reviews). We take time to get to know our vendors and understand their motivation for selling. We aim to get the valuation and marketing proposition correct so vendors get the very best price in a timescale that works for them. It is all about assessing needs and getting the best offer within a set of circumstances. We will not tie you into a contract because we are confident that we can do the right job for you; we are known for being transparent and fair and for doing a great job! We accompany viewings and take time with potential buyers, giving them plenty of opportunity to discuss and ask questions. When an offer is made, we utilise our excellent negotiation skills, working with both the buyer and vendor to ensure that our vendor achieves the best price for their property and to ensure that our buyer is happy. Throughout the conveyancing process we endeavour to keep both vendors and buyers up to date at every available opportunity. We believe that we go the extra mile and we will exceed your expectations.

Outstanding communication skills

From our first meeting we will develop a rapport with you through visits to your home, telephone conversations, emails and through social media platforms. We will be on hand seven days a week from 8am until 7pm (and sometimes later) to ensure that the sale of your valued home is successful and as smooth as possible because we care. Anna and Sharon conduct most of the viewings and help to keep all parties on track and informed throughout the buying process right up to completion. We are always on hand to answer any queries and resolve any issues. When he first came on board full time with us, we created a WhatsApp group for one of our vendors where they could communicate easily and quickly between the three of them. This has proven to be very successful, so he uses this a lot for vendors and buyers (separately) in each transaction. The clients love it, everyone is kept in the loop, even outside of work hours, and the results speak for themselves. Everyone is happy!

Exceptional Local Knowledge

Claire grew up in Bretforton, left for University and then returned so she has a very good knowledge of the local area. Joe, originally from Yorkshire, has been living in the Bretforton area since 1999. He has managed Estate Agency offices in Evesham, Broadway and Bourton on the Water and has vast knowledge of the Vale of Evesham and its villages as well as The North Cotswolds. Joe also has excellent knowledge and understanding of property law and regulations. Dave lives in the neighbouring village of Honeybourne and has a secure knowledge of the surrounding villages. If we don’t know the answer to something, then we will always find it out!

Individual Marketing

When we take on your home Joe will take a range of excellent photographs and will measure up each room. An accurate, colour floor plan will then be produced, and photos will be carefully selected – only the best will be saved for use. Back at the office Claire will produce a high-quality brochure and sales advert and during each step of the way you will be asked to make additions or amendments. Only when you are 100% happy will your home be launched onto the internet for all to see. We use Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location for our web-based advertising, the Evesham Journal for local adverts as well as our own website and social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram. The property will also be circulated to our extensive client mailing list.

Accompanied Viewing

Viewings are so important. We will never rush a viewer round, they will have plenty of time to contemplate all that your home has to offer.  It is on a viewing that buyers fall in love. We help them imagine their furniture in your home; family nights by the fire, alfresco dining in the warm evening sun, birthday parties, Christmas and family reunions. We sell them a lifestyle. At viewings our enthusiasm is infectious, we welcome any questions (and if we don’t have the answer, we will contact you so that we can find out) and we allow viewers time to really look, to really imagine themselves as the owner of your home. We will give the viewer a brochure of your home and arrange to speak to them the next day. This allows for crucial thinking time to allow them to make a decision. Our follow up phone calls are always informal and with no pressure. We have a chat about the viewing. What went well? What wasn’t quite right? How could the wrong things be changed? We take time over getting the feedback so that we are able to offer you essential constructive feedback. We are genuinely passionate about getting our vendors the best deal and finding our buyers their perfect home. Happy vendors and happy buyers.

Fewer Fall Throughs

Many agents are all about getting property onto the market and getting it sold subject to contact. With us, it doesn’t stop there. Did you know that the national average fall through of a home is approximately 33%? We spend a lot of time contract chasing, so getting the transaction through to an exchange of contracts (the legal bit) in a timely manner and at a time to suit both parties. This can be quite a delicate process and we utilise our interpersonal skills to reassure, encourage and occasionally renegotiate (not necessarily in a negative way). Our fall through rate is less than 20% so well below the national average!
