Chatterton Estate Agents managed the property that I bought last year and, although they didn’t necessarily work “for me”, I feel like they have bent over backwards to help me with any questions I’ve had since the purchase.
They always get back to me within a day, and have never made me feel like I can’t approach them for help. I’ve spoken to a few members of the team now and they are all really friendly and approachable.
All of the members of staff seemed to know exactly where I was in the purchase process which was useful, and they were really on the ball with chasing paperwork from other parties.
I’ve seen a lot of Chatterton management signs in the area that I live, which is not a surprise considering how professional they’ve been with me. I’ll definitely be contacting them for support when I come to sell in the future.
Initially, I decided to go with Chatterton as they’re a local family run business and their fees were very competitive. They had also recently sold similar properties in the area.
The team at Chatterton were very friendly and helpful in answering the many questions I had as a first time seller. They set up a WhatsApp group, which made communication a lot easier. Chattertons have just concluded the sale of our late father’s house during a nationally challenging time. From Joe’s initial visit we were impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the current market, his sensitivity regarding the reason for the sale and his innovative photos. Having previously had visits from 2 nationwide estate agents, and since we do not live in the area, we decided to engage the services of a nearby, family-led business to market the property. We interviewed 7 companies when making the decision to go with an estate agent to sell our property and having completed the sale we can say Chatterton’s were most definitely the right decision.
