Professional Service with integrity and discretion
We genuinely pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction (please check out our reviews). We take time to get to know our vendors and understand their motivation for selling. We aim to get the valuation and marketing proposition correct so vendors get the very best price in a timescale that works for them. It is all about assessing needs and getting the best offer within a set of circumstances. We will not tie you into a contract because we are confident that we can do the right job for you; we are known for being transparent and fair and for doing a great job! We accompany viewings and take time with potential buyers, giving them plenty of opportunity to discuss and ask questions. When an offer is made, we utilise our excellent negotiation skills, working with both the buyer and vendor to ensure that our vendor achieves the best price for their property and to ensure that our buyer is happy. Throughout the conveyancing process we endeavour to keep both vendors and buyers up to date at every available opportunity. We believe that we go the extra mile and we will exceed your expectations.
Outstanding communication skills
From our first meeting we will develop a rapport with you through visits to your home, telephone conversations, emails and through social media platforms. We will be on hand seven days a week from 8am until 7pm (and sometimes later) to ensure that the sale of your valued home is successful and as smooth as possible because we care. Anna and Sharon conduct most of the viewings and help to keep all parties on track and informed throughout the buying process right up to completion. We are always on hand to answer any queries and resolve any issues. When he first came on board full time with us, we created a WhatsApp group for one of our vendors where they could communicate easily and quickly between the three of them. This has proven to be very successful, so he uses this a lot for vendors and buyers (separately) in each transaction. The clients love it, everyone is kept in the loop, even outside of work hours, and the results speak for themselves. Everyone is happy!

Many agents are all about getting property onto the market and getting it sold subject to contact. With us, it doesn’t stop there. Did you know that the national average fall through of a home is approximately 33%? We spend a lot of time contract chasing, so getting the transaction through to an exchange of contracts (the legal bit) in a timely manner and at a time to suit both parties. This can be quite a delicate process and we utilise our interpersonal skills to reassure, encourage and occasionally renegotiate (not necessarily in a negative way). Our fall through rate is less than 20% so well below the national average!
