Our first instruction sold in ONE DAY having been on the market for over six months with two “established” agents. In fact we sold it for a higher price than it was previously marketed for! And we charge less making one happy vendor. The majority of our instructions have been sold in under a week and our offers are averaging 98.9% of the asking price.
Some friends of mine were chatting the other day when one said to the other “Have you heard what Joe is doing? He is setting up an online Estate Agency.”
The other friend then contacted me and asked if this was true. “It is and it isn’t” I replied. “Yes we are setting up an Estate Agency and it will have a big online presence but our aim is to be the best of both worlds”. Let me explain:

We arrive early to prepare the property, lights on, interior doors opened, scented candles lit, coffee brewing etc. A viewer uses all their senses when looking around your home!
- If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, even if you think it is in pristine condition, give us a call (or email). We will give you honest, straight forward advice. We may have suggestions for repairs or small improvements that could help you sell your house for the best possible price.
- Maintain your lawn, garden, and shrubs. Keep the lawn watered and plant some flowers.
- If you have a beautiful perennial garden or a herb garden that keeps coming back each spring, dig out those proud photos and put them in an album for prospective buyers to look at. In the winter, people may have a hard time visualizing what the garden will look like during the growing season.

Where does the time go!! We have now been selling property all over the area for more that two and a half years and in that time we have made many customers happy and are pleased to call a lot of them now our friends. In order to maintain the great level of service we offer we have taken on an experienced estate agent Dave Fellowes. He joins us with a wealth of property knowledge as he used to be a financial advisor as well as an estate agent and having completed his first month with us we are pleased with the results. The office is as busy as ever, lots of new instructions and more importantly sales and we have more time to chase the solicitors to ensure a smooth moving process.
We still offer a great fee of 0.75% plus vat, no tie-in period and no sale no charge.
